It only arrives for three: we grind 100% of the production of the olive groves of Vega de Santa María in Baeza, Casa Hurtado in Lupión and Torralba in Vados de Torralba (Jaén) all under the sky of Jaén. Olive trees of picual variety, care, without water or nutrient deficiencies, with the tasks for their conservation and health always in their right time and measure. The result is a healthy, juicy olive, which reaches the oil mill without hardship of other terms or crops.
Without harming the olive tree or the fruit, the harvest is done looking at the sky. It is in the field, on the ground, all the olive that the olive tree or the adverse meteorology has decided to throw in natural selection. We only do branch collection.
